Refund Policy

All Wevhu sales are final, we do not give refunds for any purchase, however, defective or damaged items may qualify for an exchange.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If for any reason your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, you may request a product exchange within 48 hours after receiving your product, less the shipping charge. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please also review and ensure that you have entered the correct address when placing your order. We will not be responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@wevhu.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strive to get all exchanges processed within 5 business days of receipt but note that this may take slightly longer during busy periods, such as holidays. An email will be sent to you once the exchange has been processed.
