Order Processing

  • Order processing generally ranges between 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@wevhu.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We will not be responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping process
Shipping times differ by carrier but range between 3- 5 days.

Please note orders containing multiple items may arrive in different packages.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 business days after the maximum processing time for your tracking number to reflect. Feel free to contact us as info@wevhu.com if you do not receive your tracking information.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wevhu.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please note all Wevhu purchases are final, we do not accept returns. In understanding of cause that mishaps do happen, we are happy to exchange a damaged product. 

If for any reason your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, you may request a product exchange within 48 hours after receiving your product, less the shipping charge. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wevhu.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
